CHRIS HILL – is an improvising musician and event promoter. He regularly plays with the London Improvisers Orchestra, Eddie Prévost’s workshop group, the trio LUFT with Alan Newcombe and James O’Sullivan, Matt Atkins, Phil Morton’s 50:50 and the longstanding performance vehicle Egg&Crisp with Ed Shipsey. Recent releases can be found on the MRM, Scatter, Moonside, Grisaille, Astral Sewage and Chocolate Monk labels.

MATT ATKINS – is an improvising percussionist and sound/visual artist who uses electronics, objects and tape loops in his work which explores elements of minimalism texture. He has released music on labels such as Falt, Rusted Tone Recordings, Invisible City, Whitelab Recs, tsss tapes, Coherent States, Steep Gloss, Flaming Pines, Wabi Sabi Tapes, Dasa Tapes and Chocolate Monk, among others. Since 2006 he has run the label MRM recordings. In 2020 he began curating and presenting a show for CAMP radio called Auricular Shelter.

MARTIN HACKETT – is part of Oxford Improvisers, the London Improvisers Orchestra, Le Grand Orchestre de Muzzix of Lille, and the on-line ensemble Blank Canvas Octet. Current projects include the trio ‘Tern’ with Emil Karlsen and Philipp Wachsmann, and as yet unnamed trios with John Bissett and Julian Faultless, and with Phil Morton and Nick Branton.

KEISUKE MATSUI – is a guitarist and cellist who plays regularly with the London Improvisers Orchestra, Eddie Prévost’s Workshop group and collaborates with many players on the London improvisation scene.

DAVE FOWLER – has collaborated with an endless list of players including Jim Dvorak, Alan Wilkinson, Roberto Bellatalla, Harrison Smith, Neil Metcalfe, Elton Dean, Maggie Nicols, Jerry Wigens, Sue Lynch, London Improvisers Orchestra, Yabasta, The Glowering Figs, Jim Dvorak, John Grieve, Marcio Mattos, Neil Metcalfe, Phil Minton, Julia Doyle, Ntshuks Bonga, the Porkestra. He is one of the finest, most responsive, dynamic, listening drummers out there, but far too busy playing and enjoying music to maintain an online presence!
