Richard Bolhuis (NL/EN) created audiovisual installations at the Van Abbemuseum (Eindhoven), Van Gogh Museum (Amsterdam), The Model (Sligo) and Hundred Years Gallery (London).
In his long-term regenerative project Kollumerpomp he interweaves ecology, sound and imagination.
Richard’s album We Are Guided by the Same Stars (vinyl, cassette, CD) features handmade, screen-printed covers. The album features guest vocals by Irish singer Carol Anne McGowan.
For Hundred Years Gallery he will create an installation and perform live with drummer Olmo Asmussen. Meditative soundscapes and raw folk songs flow seamlessly into one another.
