Beibei Wang is a virtuoso percussionist  in the classical music world, both in China and internationally. Flautist, composer, arranger, bandleader and educator Rowland Sutherland works in ensembles, bands, orchestras and as a soloist, in the classical, jazz, contemporary, non-Western and popular fields. Multi-instrumentalist Ansuman Biswas was born in Calcutta, India and emigrated to London. He studied Music at Dartington College of Arts. His international creative practice encompasses music, film, live art, installation, writing and theatre. His work is hybrid, inter-disciplinary, and inter-cultural – often taking place between science, art and religion, for instance, or between music, dance and visual art, or between Indian and European sensibilities.

Faradena Afifi plays bowed string instruments, movement and voice. She is a community musician, a busker and folk musician.  She started performing improvised gigs during lockdown 2020.  As a result of jamming online with Maggie Nicols, who introduced her to the Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra and the Improvising Ensemble. From then she performed with GIO, London Improvisers Orchestra and as part of Maggie Nicols’ ‘Creative Liberation Orchestra’ in Stockholm. She plays in duos with Banjo Nick Rambles, Maggie Nicols and Steve Beresford.
