Celebrating the 10 years Anniversary of the Aural Terrains label, with Steve Noble (percussion) / Yoni Silver (bass clarinet) who released their new duo album HOME over the summer. This evening’s lineup includes also Thanos Chrysakis (electronics), Chris Cundy (bass clarinet), Artur Vidal (alto saxophone), Jason Alder (bass clarinet), James O’Sullivan (guitar), and Joe Wright (tenor saxophone).
Three hours of live music with different formations between the musicians culminating in an octet set.
Aural Terrains is a creative space for exploratory contemporary music in its different manifestations. It has been started as a platform for like-minded composers/musicians who navigate the different terrains and depths of sound with vigilance and integrity. For this adventure we need the participation of listeners who share the same genuine interests, the same aural thresholds.
